Robot-Race in "Real Time“ via Webcam Print
Everyone, who is not able to attend the race of the robots at the Erzherzog-Johann-Building, is more than welcome to follow the event in real time via webcam. The first races start on Thursday, May 12th at 9 o’clock, the finale takes place on Friday, May 13th from 10 to 12 o’clock.
Four teams, each consisting of three members, have prepared their robots for the finale races during a "Mobile Robots Seminar" for an entire two weeks. One tour takes a maximum of five minutes; during this time, the robot needs to collect as many balls as possible and take them back to the starting area.
The field was set up on the first floor of the Erzherzog-Johann-Buildig. At http://automation.unileoben.ac.at/ia_web/education/amrs/2011/amrs.html, you can follow the race in real time.
