We are concentrating in the research of the morphology (including quantitative roughness characterization) and electrical properties of surfaces for semiconductor science and industries including polymer surfaces. We are especially looking for effects and applications connected to the wide field of self organized surfaces. This research is done with SPM methods and in cooperation with many other organizations and institutes in Europe and world wide.
