Through the targeted use of quality and problem-solving tools, the TPM-Coach® identifies sources of loss relating to the production factor plant as well as various improvement potentials in the area of maintenance and production and develops appropriate solutions by moderating teams. Furthermore, graduates are able to introduce and implement TPM in their own company or play a key role in its implementation.
