Selection of submissions & program creation
All topics submitted will be presented to members of the organizing team for evaluation. Selection criteria are topicality and relevance in relation to the congress topics, content and preparation as well as the timely receipt of your documents. The form of presentation (lecture or poster) will be determined by the members of the organizing team, depending on the focus of the final conference program. We therefore consider lectures and posters to be of equal value and will treat them as such.
Acceptance lecture or poster
You will receive the decision on the acceptance of your submitted paper by e-mail by 20.02.2026.
(Unfortunately, the original date of 09.02.2026 had to be postponed due to the new design of the MUL and the resulting changes to the previous program booklet layout).
All accepted papers will be reviewed and published in the conference proceedings. For this purpose, we require a print-ready manuscript (paper) and a one-page abstract in English by 28.06.2026.
