Once your submission to the “Call for Papers” has been accepted, you will find the guidelines for the design of your written contribution for the conference proceedings here.

The information applies to lectures and posters.

The written contribution comprises 2 documents:

• A main article of 4 or 6 pages in German or English
  8 pages are also possible for a keynote or plenary lecture.
• A one-page abstract in English
  This should also be submitted if the article itself was written in English.

Creation of main article & abstract

For the printing of the conference proceedings, compliance with the specified guidelines is absolutely essential.
The guidelines are summarized in the document “Note_on_contribution_structure”.
Please be sure (!) to use our templates to prepare your main article and abstract.

The number of pages of your main article is limited to 4 or 6 (8 for the keynote/plenary lecture) and 1 page for the English abstract. To ensure a clear presentation of the conference proceedings, only main articles with an even number of pages can be accepted.

We ask for your understanding, that submitted main articles or English abstracts that do not correspond to our template CANNOT be accepted.
