The following issues are obligatory to register for the defensio:

• Registration for the defensio at the chair AVAW. 
  The completed registration form (replaces the informal letter) must be signed and submitted to the chair AVAW BEFORE the submission deadline. 
   
• Registration for the defensio also required at the SSC!
