The submission forms for internships for bachelor's degree programs can be found on the official MUL website under the heading “Proof of Practice”.
You will need the “Formular Praxis” (Form Internship) and the “Tätigkeitsbericht Praxis” (Activity report Internship).
 

The original documents must be submitted to the secretariat of the chair AVAW.
