Information for Presenters

Oral presentations

Time slots for oral presentation are 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for discussion); we strongly encourage authors to allow some time for discussion. The session conveners will be asked to strictly supervise time limits.

Lecture rooms are equipped with standard presentation equipment (PC with Windows 11 Pro, Office 365 with Power Point). Authors will be asked to have their presentation upload to the computer provided in the lecture room. Use of your own laptop (with HDMI connection) is not encouraged.

Poster presentations

Poster format is max. A0 in portrait format (A0 Hochformat; 84,1 x 118,9 cm, width x height). Posters will be displayed in the central display area on the 1^st floor of Erzherzog Johann Trakt during the whole conference.
