Call for Posters

1. Download the referring poster template (Power-Point).
2. The content of the posters is in the responsibility of the authors. The posters will not be edited.
3. Please present the content of your poster in such a way that it can be understood by a non-specialist audience as well.
4. Please note that the images should have a print quality of at least 300 dpi.
5. Create a PDF file in print quality and make sure, after conversion Power-Point to PDF, the poster still has the correct A1 size. 

Please send your poster as a PDF to sci4tech(at)unileoben.ac.at until 20 March 2026
or upload the PDF onto your ownCloud area, share it, and provide us with the link.
In addition, we require the privacy policy and the confirmation of payment for your poster printing.

After submitting the poster, the privacy policy and the confirmation of payment, you will receive a number indicating the location of the poster. 

We ask the chairs to cover the printing costs.
The posters will be submitted to the printing company by us. The invoices will be sent by the printing company to the respective chair. All posters will be on display in the Study Center from 20 April to 8 May 2026.
We will take care of hanging up the posters.

After the on-site poster exhibition, the posters will be presented on this website.
