1. Download the referring poster template (Power-Point or Corel Draw).
2. The content of the posters is in the responsibility of the authors. The posters will not be edited.
3. Please present the content of your poster in such a way that it can be understood by a non-specialist audience as well.
4. Please note that the images should have a print quality of at least 300 dpi. 
5. Create a PDF file in print quality. 

Please send us your poster as a PDF to sci4tech(at)unileoben.ac.at by April 12, 2024
or upload the PDF onto your ownCloud area, share it, and provide us with the link.
In addition, we require the privacy policy and the invoice address of your chair for your poster printing.

After submitting the poster, the privacy policy and the invoice address, you will receive a confirmation and a number indicating the location of the poster. 

We ask the chairs to cover the printing costs.
The posters will be submitted to the printing company by us. The invoices will be sent by the print shop to the respective chair.
All posters will be on display in the connecting corridors of the main building from May 22, 2024.
We will take care of hanging up the posters.

After the on-site poster exhibition, the posters will be presented on this website.
