Master's programme Polymer Science and Engineering

The newly designed Master's programme in Polymer Science and Engineering (120 ECTS) offers you maximum flexibility. It consists of only one semester of compulsory subjects and offers two whole semesters of elective subjects. This allows you to freely decide where you want to focus your studies.

In the first semester, you will complete courses on the fundamentals of polymer engineering and science, as well as on sustainability and digital skills. In the second and third semesters, you can choose from a wide range of electives that cover classic areas of polymer engineering and science as well as new topics such as biomaterials, circular engineering and additive manufacturing. In the fourth semester, you will learn good scientific practice in the course of a Master's thesis.

After completing this programme, you will have gained an in-depth understanding of the areas of Polymer Engineering and Science that interest you most. This will make you an expert in your field and give you excellent opportunities for an exciting job that is just right for you!
