Support requests via Zammad
CTL-support-requests via the Zammad ticket system.
Now the Center for Teaching and Learning also offers a helpdesk service using the Zammad ticket system. Just like ICT, you can now submit support requests directly to us in Zammad. This saves us a lot of extra clicking and internal coordination when dealing with your support cases. We can respond better and faster. All inquiries about Moodle, internal CTL courses, or other teaching topics or questions can now be submitted quickly and easily via the CTL Zammad ticket system.

Teaching Brunch
8.4.2026, from 11:30 to approx. 13:00 o'clock
The Teaching Brunch will take place on April 8, 2026. This time, Andrea Büchner from Campus02 in Graz, has been invited. She will tell us about the platform eCampus. ECampus supports teachers in designing and developing future-oriented university teaching, focused on digital technologies.
Small snacks, coffee, and tea will also be available again. Registrations can be made at MUonline/Events. A corresponding mailing will follow.
The next Teaching Brunch will take place in June on the topic of accessibility in teaching and learning materials.
Moodle course ‘Accessibility in teaching materials’
Self-enrolment possible!
Accessible teaching materials ensure that all students can participate equally in their studies, regardless of their individual circumstances. This includes clear structures, easily legible fonts, high-contrast displays and the provision of alternative formats such as screen reader-compatible PDFs. Audiovisual content should include subtitles or transcripts. The use of simple and understandable language can also facilitate access. In this way, inclusion is actively promoted in everyday university life. The Moodle course Accessibility in Teaching Materials offers important assistance in designing your own teaching materials to be accessible.
