Erasmus+ Staff Week „Savotta“ in Finland

From May 18 to 22, Natalie participated in the Erasmus+ Staff Week “Savotta: Exploring HEI Safety & Resilience” at HAMK University of Applied Sciences in Hämeenlinna, Finland.

The international Staff Week focused on the topics of safety and resilience at higher education institutions, as well as the exchange of best practices in the higher education sector. The Finnish term “Savotta” symbolizes hard work, commitment, and collaborative action.

The week focused on practice-oriented and applied learning, collaborative solutions, and interactive workshops. Together with participants from various European universities, Natalie gained valuable experience and new perspectives on safety and resilience in higher education institutions.

The international exchange also provided an opportunity to network and learn about innovative approaches to enhancing safety and resilience in everyday university life.
