Tasks
- Literature review
- Synthesis and characterization of thermally latent catalysts
- Characterization of vitrimeric networks containing thermally latent catalysts
- Working with measurement devices such as TGA; DSC; DMA; UV-VIS; NMR; UTM; FTIR; EGA and rheometer
- Interpretation of data
- Preparation of presentations, participation in meetings and publishing the results in a master thesis
Required skills
- Knowledge in chemistry, polymer chemistry and polymer engineering or related disci-plines
- Experience in working in a lab environment
- Structured and independent way of working
- Personal initiative, good organizational skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Good communication skills in English; basic skills in German are advantageous
