Registration and Participation Fee
Full Conference registration: €350
Free (conference only, without evening event) for:
- Employees of the Polymer Competence Center Leoben (PCCL)
- Employees of the Department of Polymer Engineering and Science (Montanuniversität Leoben)
- Lecturers
- Sponsors (number of participants depends on the sponsorship package)
- Pupils (school students) & 1 accompanying person or teacher (per pupil/group)
- Students of Montanuniversität Leoben and other Austrian technical universities (Bachelor/Master only; no doctoral students; please register with your student email address)
Regular conference fee applies to all other participants (as per price list)
The participation fee includes the conference proceeding as download, all coffee and lunch breaks, as well as the conference dinner.
Evening Event at Live Congress Leoben
- Paying VLK members: €0 (free; subject to membership verification)
- All other participants (including free conference categories above): €80 per person
- Accompanying persons: €80 per person
- Attendance at the evening event is possible without conference participation.
All prices excluding 20% VAT.
Registration Deadline: Thursday, November 6th 2025
Cancellation policy
Participation can be cancelled free of charge up until Thursday, November 6th 2025. If you cancel later than this or do not cancel at all, you will be required to pay the fee.
