Registration and Participation Fee

Full Conference registration: EUR 350

Free (conference only, without evening event) for:

  • Employees of the Polymer Competence Center Leoben (PCCL)
  • Employees of the Department of Polymer Engineering and Science (Montanuniversität Leoben)
  • Lecturers
  • Sponsors (number of participants depends on the sponsorship package)
  • Pupils (school students) & 1 accompanying person or teacher (per pupil/group)
  • Students of Montanuniversität Leoben and other Austrian technical universities (Bachelor/Master only; no doctoral students; please register with your student email address)

Regular conference fee applies to all other participants (as per price list)

The participation fee includes the conference proceeding as download, all coffee and lunch breaks, as well as the conference dinner.
 

Evening Event (Conference Dinner) at Live Congress Leoben

  • Paying VLK members: EUR 0 (free; subject to membership verification)
  • All other participants (including free conference categories above): EUR 80 per person

 

All prices excluding 20% VAT.

Registration Deadline: Thursday, October 22th 2026

Cancellation policy
Participation can be cancelled free of charge up until Thursday, October 22th 2026. If you cancel later than this or do not cancel at all, you will be required to pay the fee.

If you only wish to attend the Evening Event - ALUMNI NIGHT, do not select a “Conference Ticket.” In the registration, select only: “I will be attending the Evening Event - ALUMNI NIGHT on Thursday November, 5th 2026 at Live Congress Leoben:.” ALUMNI NIGHT is free of charge for paying VLK members.
