Welcome to the PPI 2026 participant guide: here you’ll find essential information on travel, the venue, check‑in, on‑site services, and practical tips for your stay in Leoben.

Venue

PPI 2026 will take place at the Montanuniversität Leoben. The venue’s address is Franz Josef-Straße 18, 8700 Leoben

  • Registration: Reception Desk, Erzherzog Johann Tract, Franz Josef-Straße 18, 8700 Leoben, ground floor (A7 on the campus map).
  • Welcome Evening: Main building, Courtyard, Franz Josef-Straße 18, 8700 Leoben (A1 on the campus map).
  • Lecture hall: Hörsaal Kupelwieser, Erzherzog Johann Tract, Franz Josef-Straße 18, 8700 Leoben, 1st floor left hand side (A7 on the campus map).
  • Bowling & Dinner (Wednesday, September 2, 2026): Gasthaus Altmann, Südbahnstraße 32, 8700 Leoben. Meeting point at xx at the reception desk; we’ll go there together. If you lose the connection, please feel free to use the Google Maps link or the ÖBB Scotty widget (below) to find your own way to Gasthaus Altmann.
  • Guided tour of the brewery and the GÖSSEUM and Conference Dinner (Thursday, September 3, 2026): Besucherzentrum im Stiftspark Gösser Brauerei, 8700 Leoben / Gasthof Brauhaus Gösserbräu, Turmgasse 3, 8700 Leoben. We’ll be travelling together by public transport to the Brewery Museum. We’ll meet at the reception desk at xx. If you miss the connection, please feel free to use the Google Maps link or the ÖBB Scotty widget (below) to find your own way to Brauerei Göss.
