Presentations

  • Oral Presentation: 20 minutes presentation (incl. Q&A, discussion and changeover of the session)
  • Keynote Lecture: 30 minutes presentation  (incl. Q&A, discussion and changeover of the session)
  • Plenary Presentation: 40 minutes presentation (incl. Q&A, discussion and changeover of the session)
  • Posters: all posters must be printed in A0 (use poster template), 1189 mm (height) x 841 mm (width). The posters must be placed by the authors in the predefined area and removed at the end of the session.

Time allocated for your presentation includes the time for discussion. We strongly recommend that you do not exceed the time limit in order to give the other speakers enough time for their talk, and give the audience the opportunity to ask questions and/or make their own statements.

Speakers are requested to respect their schedule and present themselves 15 minutes before the beginning of the session.

Presentation files can be only accepted as *.PDF, *.PPT, or *.PPTX (PowerPoint).
Please upload your presentation in advance to our ownCloud (for larger files) or send it by email to info-ppi26(at)unileoben.ac.at.

Abstracts and Conference Proceedings​

Instructions for abstract preparation and submission

To submit an abstract, please use the Abstract_Template_PPI2026 template (download Word Doc) and upload it via the submission form (see below) along with your details. Please do not forget to specify whether you are planning an oral presentation or a poster presentation before submitting.

The official language of PPI 2026 is English.

Each participant may submit up to 2 abstracts.

​If the abstract is accepted, upon your request you may prepare an extended abstract of your work to be included in the Conference Proceedings (use Extended_Abstract_Template_PPI2026, (download Word Doc)) that will be published after the conference (including ISBN number). A selected number of extended abstracts will be invited to submit a journal paper for a special issue within 'Plastics, Rubber and Composites: Macromolecular Engineering' and others to be defined.

All accepted abstracts and accepted proceedings are included in the Conference Abstracts Booklet. The conference proceedings will be made available for download after the conference. You will receive a link to them at the email address you provided during registration.

 


 
Rights of use regarding the submission of contributions to the 6th International Conference on Polymer Processing Innovation (PPI)

Academic authors (hereinafter also referred to as “submitting authors”) are invited to submit a poster for the “6th International Conference on Polymer Processing Innovation (PPI).”

All submissions will be reviewed by the organizing team to ensure they align with the objectives and scope of the conference proceedings. If the submission is accepted for publication, the submitting author will be notified electronically. By initially submitting the poster for the conference proceedings, the submitting author automatically consents to publication. 

Granting of rights to a submitted poster

By submitting their work, the submitting author grants the Institute of Polymer Processing at Department of Polymer Engineering and Science at Montanuniversität Leoben, the right to publish the poster as part of the “6th International Conference on Polymer Processing Innovation (PPI).” In addition, the submitting person as author grants Institute of Polymer Processing at Department of Polymer Engineering and Science at Montanuniversität Leoben the geographically unrestricted and temporally limited right of 5 years to reproduce and distribute the poster in physical and digital form, the right to publicly reproduce and make available the poster, the right to store it on electronic data carriers and the right to distribute and reproduce it, as well as the right to exploit it in any other way in electronic form. The submitting author assures that they are the author and that they hold the copyright usage rights to the poster, including all tables, illustrations, graphics and journals contained therein. The submitting person, as the author, is free to republish the poster.

There is no entitlement to remuneration.
