The participation fee includes:

- All coffee and lunch breaks, as well as the conference dinner (conference dinner not included for Employees of the Department of Polymer Engineering and Science)

Cancellation policy
Participation can be cancelled free of charge up until Monday, August 10, 2026. If you cancel later than this or do not cancel at all, you will be required to pay the fee.
