Jordanian Ambassador visits TU Leoben

In June, the Technical University of Leoben had the pleasure of welcoming Mohammed Sameer Hindawi, the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Austria, to Leoben.

During his visit, Ambassador Hindawi had a friendly conversation with Jordanian students currently studying at Montanuniversität Leoben. He also visited the Hydrogen and Carbon Research Center, the Chair of Industrial Logistics, and the laboratories of the Chair of Non-Ferrous Metallurgy.

Another item on the agenda was a meeting with Rector Peter Moser and Dean of Studies Univ.-Prof. Thomas Antretter. The discussion focused on both current collaborations with Jordanian universities and opportunities for further expansion of these partnerships. Topics discussed included joint bachelor’s degree programs, research collaborations in the mining sector, and student exchanges. The visit hosted by the International Relations Office of TU Leoben.
