- Arbeitsgruppe/-ort: Lehrstuhl Allgemeine und Analytische Chemie (Isotopenanalytik)
- Position: Postdoctoral Researcher
Arbeitsgebiet: During my time at the University, I will be primarily focussed on the development and validation of new methodology for accurate and SI traceable measurements of technology critical elements in urban mine waste – a major step to improving the recycling of these rapidly depleting elements.
Principle objectives:
- Development of reference digestion method with <10% expanded uncertainty using pressurised microwave digestion, ICP-MS/MS.
- Establish homogeneity of whole and crushed PCB samples using LA-ICP-MS element mapping.
- Evaluate the applicability of portable XRF measurements for urban mine waste measurements.
- Training of industrial partners and development of SOP’s for analysis.
