Guest from Thailand visits TU Leoben

International exchange and new research collaborations were the focus of a visit from Thailand at the Technical University of Leoben: Professor Priyakorn Pusawiro, Assistant to the President for Digital and Social Innovation at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) in Thailand, was a guest at the TU Leoben to explore potential areas of cooperation between the two universities.

During her stay, Prof. Pusawiro visited various departments at the Technical University of Leoben, including Industrial Logistics, Physical Chemistry, Chemistry of Polymeric Materials, Information Technology and Cyber Physical Systems (CPS). Professor Pusawiro then met with Rector Peter Moser. During the discussions, numerous areas of mutual interest were identified. Another goal was to align cooperation between the two institutions at a strategic level for joint research and student mobility opportunities.

The visit is part of the international networking activities of the TU Leoben. The trip was coordinated by the university's International Relations Office. The aim is to strengthen scientific exchange with partner universities worldwide and open up new opportunities for research cooperation.
