Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a central interface between management, the geological team, and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include in particular:
- Organizing and preparing exploration campaigns from a logistical perspective
- Securing access rights to exploration areas (properties, alpine pastures, forests, etc.)
- Acting as a point of contact for landowners, local stakeholders, government representatives, and organizations
- Coordinating external service providers and partners
- Organizing accommodation, logistics, and infrastructure for the exploration team
- Supporting management with operational and administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of personal responsibility and a structured working style
- Experience in project organization, operations, or executive assistance is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate multiple topics in parallel
- Experience with GIS software is a plus (QGIS, etc.)
- Interest in nature, geology, or technical projects is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within Austria
Framework Conditions
- Part-time position (20 hours per week; flexible working hours possible)
- Location: Vienna (with possibility for remote work) + project-related travel
- Dynamic, growing company with direct insight into exciting exploration projects
- Compensation according to the applicable collective agreement: EUR 2,947.89 for a 40hs week. Competitive salary above the collective agreement based on qualifications and experience.
