In May 2021, Johanna Irrgeher from our Chair has successfully completed the online Certificate at eCornell University dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion. The certificate is based on 4 2-week part-time modules on counteracting unconscious bias, diversity and inclusion at workplace, fostering an inclusive climate and improving engagement. The course is addressed to anyone interested in creating an inclusive and supportive culture that promotes equal opportunities and treatment of employees
